Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at chris.swiftloc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Defective Components / Product Failure
If a SwiftLoc product is deemed to have failed due to a defective component, manufacturing defect, or issue caused by workmanship or materials under normal intended use, SwiftLoc Fishing LLC may offer a refund, replacement, or repair at our discretion.

Refunds or replacements will not apply to damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, neglect, normal wear and tear, or use outside of the product’s intended purpose. We may require photos, videos, proof of purchase, or return of the product for inspection before approving a refund or replacement.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first at chris.swiftloc@gmail.com. We will review the request and provide next steps if the exchange is approved.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
